1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Tavxidjot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tavxidjot provides engine diagnostics, turbo servicing, and vehicle maintenance services in Malaysia. Services are provided on an as-is basis subject to availability and diagnostic findings.

3. Liability Limitations

Tavxidjot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or vehicle repairs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfers
• Cancelled services within 24 hours may incur a 20% cancellation fee

5. Warranty

Parts and labour are warranted for 30 days from service completion. Warranty excludes wear items and accidents. Claims must be reported within 14 days.

6. Vehicle Ownership

By using our services, you confirm you own or have legal authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected during service is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Modification of Terms

Tavxidjot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
